Club Fees

Club Fees - Breakdown (2025/2026)

  • 12U: Approximately $1200-$1350
  • 13U : Approximately$1350-$1500
  • 14U : Approximately $1600-$1750
  • 15U : Approximately $1700-$2000

    1. Coaching and Administrative Costs

  • Coaching honorariums, including training, certification, mentorship, and Sport Alberta/Volleyball Alberta/Volleyball Canada registration fees

  • Club/administration fees, including marketing, communication platforms, bank fees, security checks, or TeamSnap subscriptions

    2. Facilities & Training

  • Court or gym rentals for team training/practices (often 2–3 times per week depending on age group)

    3. Tournament Registration

  • Entry into Volleyball Alberta Premiers, Provincials, and Volleyball Canada Nationals (U14 and up)

  • Local/exhibition tournaments

    4. Team Apparel & Equipment

  • Apparel package includes two jerseys (long- and short-sleeve in opposite colors), warm up shirt, hoodie, custom shorts, custom socks, sleeves, backpack

  • Team equipment and medical supplies

    5. Coach Expenses for Out-of-Town Events

  • Coverage for coach accommodations, transportation, per diems, etc., during away tournament

    What is NOT Included

  • Player tryout fees, Volleyball Alberta/Volleyball Canada player registration (Sportlomo), or membership upgrades

  • Athlete travel, accommodations, meals for out-of-town tournaments or Nationals

  • Extra tournaments selected by the team

  • Optional apparel purchased from our online apparel store

Because roster spots cannot be replaced after signing dates, Fortress Volleyball Club is unable to provide refunds of club fees under any circumstances, including injury, illness, or withdrawal.

Club fees are due in full upon signing the Letter of Intent (LOI). Payment plans may be considered on a case by case basis. Approval of payment plans will be made by the President & Vice-President of the club.
